All orders on GardenGo are prepaid — we do not offer Cash on Delivery.
Delivery timelines
In our serviced local zones, orders are typically delivered same-day or by the next day — a short journey is what keeps a plant alive and thriving. For addresses outside our local zones, items ship by trusted courier and usually arrive within 2–7 days, carefully packed to protect the plant in transit. Overall, depending on your location and the products ordered, delivery takes anywhere from about 30 minutes to one week.
Charges & tracking
Any delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. You’ll receive updates on your order’s progress by SMS, WhatsApp or email.
Damaged on arrival?
If an item arrives damaged, share your order number and a photo within 2 days of delivery for a free replacement — see our Refund & Replacement Policy.
